Application Failed because could not find NEFLibrary 3ps.dll

I’ve been using Elements 2 for almost a year. Recently whenever I boot up the program, I am told that the application failed because it could not find "NEPLibrary 3PS.dll". Any suggestions on what to do? Thanks.

Is it NEF or NEP? NEF is usually related to Nikon. Did you install some plugin for a Nikon camera? If not that, try removing any recently installed plugins one by one, restarting Elements after each until you find the culprit.
