Hi there,
I’ve just installed photoshop elements 2 on my XP box. When I try to start the product it gives an error. It seems to load the plugins sucessfully but fails when it gets to the help. At the point where the splash screen is displaying "Building the help system" I get a dialog popping up that is titled "Could not load a trranscoding service"; the message in the fialog is "Xerces panic error".
If anyone else has had this problem and found a work around I’f like to know.
Please let me know if you’ve encountered the problem or better still know of a way around it.
