PE 2 download upgrade problem

I’ve had PE 1 for over a year now and decided to upgrade to PE 2 tonight. I also wanted to save $30 so I went with the download purchase. I have successfully downloaded Adobe’s Download Manager Setup and have opened it. When I run the application nothing happens. Simple as that. I’m on an Apple PowerBook (15" 1.25GHz) with OS X 10.3.3 and I have the newest security update. Oh, I have tried to re-download the manager setup again, but in my order history it says "Download already pending." Please help. I don’t want to be out $70.

You can contact Adobe Customer service, they will reset your download. Try to repair the permissions before calling Adobe.

Repaire permissions didn’t work. I’ll be making that phone call asap
