Downloadable CS2 upgrade installable on two machines?

Hello everyone. A quick question: If I download the CS2 upgrade directly to my desktop, is there an easy way (burning a CD, for instance) to then install the program on my laptop (which also has CS currently)? Obviously the two machines are not used simultaneously. Would I simply be better off buying the CD version of the CS2 upgrade?

You can either burn the downloaded .exe file to a CD and then run it on the other machine, where it will create a source directory structure, or you can burn the expanded source directory structure to a CD. In either case, you go to the Photoshop CS2 subdirectory of that tree and run the setup.exe file.
