When I open Photoshop Elements Version 2 I get a message "This application has failed to start because NEFLibrary3PS.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem"
I reinstalled the programme (although I did not first delete the existing programme from my computer) but I get the same message at opening.
In fact, I click on OK on the message and the programme continues to load and is thenperfectly OK. However it is very slow to shut down.
How can I avoid this message?
