Version Sets in Photoshop Elements

I have had no luck creating a version set. I have followed the directions in help. Everytime I check save as a version set – i end up with each photo separately shown in the brower – no version set. Sometimes the save as screen does not allow me to even select version set. Any help will be appreciated.

Try doing a catalog recover [File/Catalog/Recover]
