filter’s problem

I have Elements 2.0 installed on my computer the program will load but all my filters have dissapered on me?? it’s crazy, I don’t know what to do??

Any help would be great..

Have you tried deleting the Preferences folder? (the first course of action when things don’t work anymore or behave strangely).
