can’t load photoshop CS

I just bought photoshop CS. When I try to load it the "accept" button for the license agreement is there but does not work. It is as though it is not there. I have windows XP.

MacBook Pro 16” Mockups 🔥

– 48 MacBook Pro 16″ mockups

– 6000 x 4500 px

Is your screen resolution at least 1024×768?

I have the same problem. The Accept and Cancel buttons on the Liscence agreement appear withing the text scrolling area, not the "normal" position on the dialog. If you scrool the text to read the agreement, they disappear. The mouse does not recognize the buttons, only the text of the liscence agreement. Also the X to close the Liscence does not respond.

Screen resolution: 1600×1050.
Windows XP (NOT Sp2)

How can I request technical support for a product I am unable to install? =)

This has been posted (long) before. Reset your system fonts to Normal (96dpi) and try again.
