imageready 7.0 not loading

help!!!! have tried everthing.. and i still can’t get imageready to load.. it goes thru scanning for plug-ins.. then loading plugins..
and there it sits!!!
I hit ctrl-atl-delete and see that imageready has stopped responding… tried reinstalling it along w/ photoshop..and i still cant get access to it.. tried jump to.. tried starting it by itself.. everything.. have created a webpage in photoshop.. and now i cant get it to the web.. please.. someone help!!

how long did you wait? on my old system (p3 800, 384 meg ram) IR could take up to a couple to several minutes to finish whatever the heck it was doing.

I’m pretty sure that patch has been updated if you get the windows updates regularly.

tried updating windows.. i am running 98se.. i tried letting it load for 5 mins.. & nothing.. what could be the problem?..
it use to work fine.. havent installed anything since i last used it.. thanx again for all the help.. need to get this working.. any help would be appreciated..
