I just installed a new computer for a friend/client and for whatever reason neither Netscape nor IExplorer will access any Adobe website. All other sites load just fine.
I’m stumped – turned off all the firewalls (using a router so it wasn’t that much of a risk), turned off the A-Virus software (Kasperski), turned off anything else I could find —- no luck – www.adobe.com and all sites therein just hang at ‘looking for Adobe.com’.. and then times out. Three other computers on the same network router can all access Adobe sites without a problem.
It’s like there’s a block coming from somewhere.
Sorry to intrude on a Photoshop ‘Windows’ forum but this place has some of the brightest Windows users on the planet 🙂
Thanks to anyone with any ideas.
