When I open my Canon EOS 1D Mark 2 Raw files using the CS Browser, the shadow areas in pictures taken (primarily indoors) with flash have a Magenta cast, and almost look like posterized zones. If I open using the Canon EOS File Viewer, then export to CS as a TIFF or JPEG, the shadow areas look normal!

It seems that the Photoshop CS Conversion from Raw is what is causing the problem. Any ideas?
