black gradient buttons like on the apple site

Hi all

The best buttons looking buttons ive ever seen on a site are on the apple site heres a link http://www.apple.com/macosx/ i’m on about the black horizontal nav bar buttons. Is there any experts out there who can give me a fairly detailed explanation on how to do this with photoshop if indeed they are done using photoshop (please bear in mind im pretty much a novice at photoshop).

Yeah, a good tutorial on how to do that is quite easy to find, check http://www.pixel2life.com, or goodtutorials.com for a good layout tutorial and hopefully you can find what you are looking for…
