Good day,

I use Photoshop CS with Mac OSX 10.4.5.
Yesterday I copied my complete achives (138GB) to a brand new external HD. And deleted the old sources.
To late I did realize that all .tif files are corrupted and cannot be opened by any programm.

Is any advice out there?

Thank you very much in advance

Can you post one of the files on a website, so we can take a look?

What exactly happens if you try? It is extremely unlikely that ALL your files have become corrupted simply by copying them. Do you use ‘.tif’ or ‘.tiff’ as extension? By the way: did you format the new disk or did you use it ‘out of the box’. If you did, it’s probably DOS-formatted.

Huh, I think I may have had the same problem when I moved my file to a Iomega hd.
Not all but certain ones.
