Photoshop won’t open all of a sudden

Everything was fine last night. But started up my computer this morning and PS won’t open! It starts to open and goes through the opening screen, etc. but closes out. I’ve cleaned out my cookies and trash bin….. I’ve run Spybot and found nothing…. I’ve emptied my startup folder…. I’ve run the system file checker (sfc /scannow)….

In the events it’s showing event ID 1002, application hang up, source ipnathlp. Can anyone help me?

I just tried that and it didn’t work. Dialog box won’t even come up.

??? Anything else?
