Photoshop 7.0 will not open, all of a sudden

HI All,

have been using it for years and now, at 3 in the morning, it will not open. When I clisk on the Photoshop shortcut the program goes through the opening dialog boxes but then shuts down before it actually opens. Reinstalled, same thing. Nothing has changed. Any ideas?
