Hi.
Coworkers is having issue with Photoshop 6.0.1 on Windows network (2000 running on box). We’ve used PhotoS without issues on Lexmark 1200 previously. Company recently purchsed HP5500. At first we both printed with no isses. (We have Postscript driver for it installed.) However, recently Photoshop prints an even tan layer over entire page behind … whatever you’re printing–white page is tan. (PhotoS worked for her previously, however, she uses the program far less than I do and just came back to it. Who knows what changed.)

I have same configuaration, machine, version, etc. I have no print issue, normally. We’ve compared color and other settings, and drivers used. Didn’t find a difference yet. The jury is out in IT dept.

Anyone out there have a similar problem, and what was your fix? Thanks
Arron

Somewhere you have color preferences mis-set. It could be for the printer, or in Photoshop, or in the printer driver.
