When I send a graphic to the printer (HP2000C) or a high-end color printer – the white on the background and text print out a tan color. I’ve removed and re installed PS7, but to no avail. I have also checked to be sure that I have the background set to white. Any suggestions?

Possibly the printer jets/nozzles need a cleaning cycle?

I thought about that, but everyone else who is using the network color printer is not having this problem. I think it could be in the PS7 software. Is there a settings folder that I could check?

redo your color management by running adobe gamma from the control panel (you need administrator rights).
