I too have been having this problem. I recently switched to a new computer and the only difference is that is running Win XP.
I cannot save a file due to "sharing violation" or "file in use", but no one else accesses these files and I will even go as far as to shut down all other programs to be sure. I have to "save as", but then I am unable to even delete the old file.
This is only one of the problems I am now having, along with "disc error" messages when trying to open files and the program completely hanging up other times. Any solutions??
