File Browser Gets Confused by Capture One Converted Files?

I am running into an annoying problem with the file browser. Some of the files converted from Canon 10D raw using Capture One LE are marked as "Camera Raw" by the file browser, and no preview is generated. Doesn’t happen on the same files if the conversion is done while Photoshop is NOT running. Any one else run into this? I can work around the problem by choosing "purge cache" from file browser for the folder, or by closing Photoshop before doing the conversions, but it is annoying. Any other solutions?
