I DOWNLOAD MANY HANDWRITTEN MANIFEST DOCUMENTS FROM THE ELLIS ISLAND WEB SITE.. MANY TIMES THE TEXT IS NOT EXACTLY AS THIS MESSAGE…BUT EACH LETTER IN ANY OF THE WORDS SEEM TO BE LIKE MANY BLACK DOTS …ALMOST LIKE HAD NO MORE INK LEFT…CAN THIS BE ENHANCED WITH PHOTOSHOP???
PLEASE ADVISE

The first thing to do is to turn off CAPS LOCK.
