SHIFT KEY PROBLEM

In all of my applications, I always use the shift key to resize objects to maintain the aspect ratio. But for some reason, all of the sudden, when pressing the shift key, it doesn’t work anymore. I’m thinking that I accidently did something to cause this, but can’t figure out what. In Photoshop, I can click on maintain aspect ratio, it works for that one time, but have to do it every time…Can anyone help me,…this is been driving me crazy!

Nervermind…I figured it out…My computer had a conflict with Audioscribbler. Once I turned it off, it worked again!
