I’m running Photoshop 6 on a Windows XP machine.Could someone help me figure out why my hepl does not open when I click on the Help>contents menu? I had this feature with versions 4, 5, and 5.5 now it seems to gone. I’m very frustrated that when I want to check on the "new" way to do something I have to dig out the book and spend 15 to 30 minutes hunting it down. I’ve checked the CD and can’t find any help files there except of course the pdf files that are just the manual and quick reference guide again.

Please someone help me out here.

Thanks,

Sally K

Look for

Program Files/Adobe/Photoshop 6.0/Help/Help.htm

On XP it may be under Documents and Settings, but if you do a search on Help.htm, you should find it. Then, put a bookmark in your favorites to the file. When you launch your browser, just to go favorites – it’s easier that way.
