Problems downloading CS4 Trial.

Everytime I try to download the photoshop cs4 trial it opens up the window that says "your download is about to start" or whatever it says, but then it just refreshes itself over and over and never starts the download. Do I just sit there and wait? I waited for about 30 minutes last night and still, no results. I’m just wondering if anyone has had this issue and if so how they got it fixed.
