Cannot Install Photoshop

Hello there. I currently have Windows XP with SP3. I recently tried to install Photoshop Extended. However, when it get’s to "initializing Photoshop" It just stops…nothing pops up. I tried to uninstall Photoshop from the Add/Remove programs menu but when I click remove, nothing pops up either. Is there a way to manually remove Photoshop and re-install it?

try installing the current version of Flash first. also, are you running a raid setup?

set your comp ability under properties to a lower windows system for the program.
