Install CS on only one computer?

So from what I have been reading, I cannot install CS on my home and work computer? Even though there is NEVER a chance that they will both be used at the same time. I am the only one to use either computer at either place.

What happens if I install it both places?

Cool, Thanks, that is how I have currently been using it. Seems like there will be not problem with the upgrade when I do it.
