PS CS3: How to save a plain .JPG file, that is, w/o any (or most) associated info?

When saving a .jpg file, the default settings saves the picture file with lots of info. How to change the settings such that only a plain .jpg picture file would be saved w/o all that info?

….And check the SFW fly-out menu. There you can select whether to include meta data or not.
