Uninstall CS3. Missing Directory?

I recently did a clean up of my entire Hard Drive, and when I came to try and open up CS3, I was told I needed to uninstall then re-install the program.

My problem however, is that when I go to Add/Remove Programs and try to remove CS3, nothing happens. It just stays on the list. I have been told that I may have accidentally deleted something that was required for uninstall to take place.

Please, can anyone help me?

I’m using XP.

– 12 scenes

– 48 MacBook Pro 16″ mockups

– 6000 x 4500 px

reinstall from disk to the original install location.

if you have the option to do a repair install, do that, but a full clean install will do it either way.

Thank you for your replies.

I’ve been trying to install from the disk, but the "setup.exe" file won’t run. It brings up the little window with the papers flying between two folders, then nothing…

try running the cs3 clean script first. it’s on this page:
