cannot uninstall photoshop 7?

got the system error so trying to uninstall photoshop!
however can do anything as all i get is the message that photoshop or image ready are running? however they arn’t???
help anyone>>

CTRL+ALT+DEL to bring up Task Manager. If they are shown there click on End Task

yes thatnks! not only did I go int o task manager but also went in to proccess as well! there was definately nothing running! basically had to remove the file folder totally! that seemmed to work!
then reloaded and played with the font collection! all now sorted! thanks for your reply anyway!
