There have been several questions on this topic, but none have helped with my version of the question. Using the view option menu after opening a file is straightforward…however, I have not been able to get the chosen opetion to ‘stick’ Sometimes I prefer to stay in a thumbnail or list option, but it keeps opening in the prior choice, and I have to go to options for each file. Even more oddly, it sometimes seems to change or ‘stick’ without my having done anything that I am aware of. Equally oddly, the thumbnail option is default on drive C: and list is default on Drive D: How do you get a choice to ‘stick’?
