"Trial" Photoshop Elements

Downloaded the 30 day trial Photoshop elements. Download appeared OK. Tried to install and received error message. Downloaded again, tried to install and received same message. Any hints? Running Mac 10.3.9 on G4 powerbook. Thx, VC

What did the error message say?

Error message says: There were errors installing the software. Please try installing again." This from a third try at down loading and installing. The install barely begins when I get this message. (Approximately 2%.) Thx, Vicki

Start with repairing the permissions (Applications / Utilities / Disk Utility), then reinstall. Make sure nothing else is running (Norton Anti Virus, for example).
