If you are using Elements3, you can dl the camera raw 2.3 update from the Photoshop dl page. I’m not sure if previous Elements versions can use the current ACR updates, but Elements3 can use the same updates as Photoshop CS. Just follow the installation information, it will be much the same for Elements3.
