I have Photoshop 7.0. Is there any way to adjust crop marks past the set limits (3.18mm and .125 inches)? That is not enough bleed space for the printer I use.

Don’t put any limits on your crop tool. While the crop tool is selected, clear the ‘Width’ and ‘Height’ boxes in the upper left portion of your screen. Then you can move the crops out.
