Hi all,
For some reason a psd I saved in Photoshop CS v.8 (run on Win XP) when now opened reports the following error message:
"Could not complete your request file not compatible with this version of Photoshop"
I have seen the Tech Ticket raised to try an resolve this – ID 332180 and I have tried the file handling fix they suggest, but it doesnt work.
I have also tried opening the file in Image Ready, and I have tried the fixes in the forum subject "Bad save PSD", recover plugin etc and no joy.
Any ideas 🙁
