I have just downloaded the Adobe CS4 Extended Version, and upon exploring it’s abilities, I am unable to use any of the 3D options. I’m not sure if I am doing something wrong or if it’s a problem with the program. I upgraded from CS2 so I am pretty behind on all the new features. If you have any idea what is going on…PLEEEEASE help me out πŸ™‚

Thanks!

Machine specs, please. In Photoshop, go to Help > System InfoΒ… copy and paste all the info here. Complete software details would help too, exact version of the OS, whether you have applied the just released 11.0.1 update, and so on.

Sarah:

The problem may be because your video card does not support OpenGL 2 and Shader Model 3. < http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/photoshop/systemreqs />
