Does anyone know how I can change the displayed font size of the Shortcuts and Options menus, and the Tools bar? I am using Photoshop Elements 2.0 on Windows XP (Dell 8600, lots of RAM, WUXGA screen 1920×1200 pixels) and the menu text is so small that I can hardly read these items.

Changing settings in Windows XP affects the main "File, Edit, Image, Enhance, Layer, etc" top menu bar, but not these other three.

Help would be vastly appreciated.

Not sure if this will help at all, but try lowering your screen res a bit. Go to 1024×768 and see it that helps. 1920×1200 is going to make everying awfully small, IMO.

EDIT note: changed res figures to 1024×768
