Try looking at 100 percent image view: zoom to 100%, change the smoothness slider, and watch for changes in image detail — particularly texture and noise. Then with the hand tool (or hold down spacebar) move a new part of the image to show in the window and watch for changes when you release mouse.

yes thanks, was a cuestion to set it at 100% view,
but what about sharpness? normally i use to use unsharp mask, after all adjustments, if i set sharpness in camera raw it will be before photoshop adjustments, so i dont know if is good. but i think there must be a diference between this two sharpness

but what about sharpness?

From page 5 of Adobe’s Photoshop Camera Raw plug-in pdf manual:

… if you plan to edit the image extensively in
Photoshop, set the Sharpness slider to zero to turn off
sharpening, and later use the sharpening filters in
Photoshop as the last step after all other editing and
resizing is complete.
