camera raw plugin not found in right place

this was cross-posted in the camera raw forum

I am trying to update the camera raw plugin. Adobe’s website says that I can find the old one in the…Program Files/Common Files/Adobe/Plug-Ins/CS2/File Formats. I don’t have a Plug-ins subfolder under Program Files/Common Files/Adobe/
The only camera raw plugin I have is in the Program files\adobe\adobe bridge\plug-ins.

Has anyone else had this problem? I installed to the default dirs.

That seems quite wrong. The folder listed above is definitely where it needs to be.
