Why is it that when I try to install Elements trial I click setup, I get a busy cursor for a few minutes then back to the regular cursor, no crashws or installation. I even tried to install with my virus protection disabled, I got the same ordeal. In fact this happens with all of the Adobe products I try to install. After trying for awhile I just go on with my computing. I try to delete the Adobe product installer from my computer and get ‘Cannot delete, the file or folder is locked.’
