I have a dozen or so digital photos taken with my Olympus C5050 camera back in 2002. Somehow they were taken with the camera’s recording date being messed up and showing 2005 and 2006. Now I have renamed all and modified the properties to reflect the proper dates back in 2002 The photo properties are all OK in my camera software, and other software albums.
The only problem now is that the Windows folders still have the dates as 2005 and 2006 when you hold the cursor over the file, and as far as I can tell, that is information that is connected to the EXIF labelling. I’m not too clear on how that works.
Is there a way to get into the EXIF properties and re-do the dates, etc.?
thanks
