Alright…I have done this before, but cannot seen to remember how, nor find it in the help menu. I need to create a file with one spot color. Let me know if I’m on the right path…
1. Create a multichannel file.
2. Select what you want to be a PMS color and in the channel box, "create new spot channel"
3. Fill selection with PMS color…(Shows up as a shade of gray for some reason)
4. Delete all other channels not being used.
5. Save as DCS2.0 EPS
Why is my color a shade of gray??
Can I save out a spot color file as a PSD?
TIA!!!
