And a quick tip for you:

Get a headset for your phone so you can go hands-free when making calls to any customer support number. It”ll save you from having to visit the chiropractor’s office as often.

Or get a cordless phone that has a speaker option. I think most newer cordless phones have this option. It allows you to use the corless phone as a speakerphone, so you can operate handsfree.<g>
