I am sorry to be posting this as a reply, but I have spent a very long time trying to find a way to post a new topic in Photoshop Elements 4. No matter where I go, the only options provided to me are:
Bookmark | Change Subscription

I see this last message is from July. Is this forum no longer active. If not, is the Elements 5 active?
