I’m using PS 7.0 with a sRGB color setting. When I select "Save For Web", the preview/optimized panes display lighter versions of the original .psd file that’s in the window just behind it. The resulting .jpg is also lighter when I open it up next to the original .psd. This seems to be a recent event. I’ve ditched my PS prefs and Save For Web settings and I’ve confirmed that my PS color settings are sRGB.

Is your monitor calibrated and set to gamma 2.2? Bet that’ll fix it.

Adjusting the settings in Save for Web did the trick. Thanks!
