Photoshop CS Font Issue

I too am experiencing this problem. My on-screen fonts suddenly all look jagged and pixelated and the print quality is just as bad. Has anyone found a solution to this problem? I have not found anything on the Adobe Support web site regarding this matter.

I had the jaggy fonts problem in PS 7. It would show up unexpectedly.

Cleaning the font caches fixed it for me.
