I’m new to Photoshop Elements, and digital imaging. Can someone tell me if it’s possible to get rid of the date/time assigned by the camera and see what is behind them?

Carl,

You could remove the date and time by using the Clone Tool, perhaps, but that won’t get you the actual pixel information behind the stamp. The best thing to do would be to change the settings on your camera to eliminate the date/time stamp. That option should be somewhere in your camera’s set-up options.
