I have a dual display Win XP system, 1GB Ram, P4 3GHz. I use a vertical taskbar (on left) and never maximize any of my windows. Each time I open Photoshop CS2, the application window shrinks by the width of my taskbar.
Pretty funny, as I can open and close it to watch it shrink to nothing.
It is annoying, but not a huge issue by any means.
