Hello everyone

I work on mac and my boss has a shit PC. Here’s the problem Everytime I save a file as a jpeg, attach it in e-mail, send it to him – He can’t save the the file from his e-mail to desktop – He gets a error message. Is there a different file I can save it under so the PC can save the file –

The image can be veiwed – but It can’t be saved on a PC

If the image can be viewed on the PC, it means it was not damaged in transit. Provided you also remembered to append the ",jpg" extension to the file name, the problem is on the PC side. It can also be a PEBKAC problem over there.

Try zipping the file, and hope your boss knows how to unzip a file.

The other thing to try is File->Save for Web and choose a JPEG format & quality, rather than the usual File->Save As command.
