Open With In Explorer will not work

I am unable to right click on a file in Explorer and get CS2 to open the file. Image Ready shows up in the list of programs and works fine but even when I browse to the CS2 executable file and select it as the program nothing happens. Is this a bug? Is there a way to resolve this? I am using XP home with SP2. Thanks in advance for your help.
