Every time I try to scan. I get a message Acguistition Module interface. when I click on that it says a plug in that allows to import photos from digital camera or scanner. any help

Help I need info on plugins when I try to use scanner it says I don’t have the plugin that inports

Let’s have some more information, like platform, operating system, and the kind of scanner and/or digicam you’re using. There are tons of possible combinations, and the answer will vary depending on what you’re working with.

Did your scanner package include any software for installation? Ken

im useing windowxp and the scanner is scanjet 3400c hp

yes scanner was instalded before and was working just fine
