When I would like to try lens filter, it remains gray and cannot be accessed. I tried going to all the layers and nothing worked. Can’t find that specific issue on the FAQs. Thanks for any help.

What lens filter?

What image mode are you using?
What bit depth?

Check the mode of the image — probably will need to be 8 bit.
